MY ESSIE COLLECTION

Today I really wanted to do a post that completely revolves around nail varnish. I didn't want to do my entire nail varnish collection, although I don't have the biggest collection, I have quite a few and I think it'd just be too long and random. So I've decided to feature my favourite nail varnish brand, Essie.
I've loved Essie since I bought my first polish from the brand. I love the brush, I love the formula, I love the packaging and I love how many colours and shades they have. I know people have their reasons for not buying it, like the price, but I really do think they're worth it!
I don't by any means have the most, I have 10 in total, I have a mixture of colours, I don't buy them to have all the pink shades or all the most popular ones and so on, they're purely the ones that I loved the most when I saw them. Some are from Boots and some are from Fragrance Direct. I have a mixture of Summer shades and Winter shades, I basically have a colour for every occasion.

1. the more the merrier this lime green polish is a new addition, I got it in Boots in the "buy 1 get the 2nd half price" deal. I love this, I've been looking for a shade like this for yearsss, but every other one I tried was too neon for my skin tone.
2. mojito madness this is a very matte looking colour in the bottle, but on the nail it's a very pastel like leaf green.
3. stylenomics when you first look at this in the bottle and on the nail, it looks black, but in the light it is a very very dark green, and a favourite for Winter.
4. neo whimsical the picture doesn't do this polish any justice. It looks very beige, but on the nail it's a pretty light pink and one of my more grown up shades.
5. cascade cool this is another that the camera has killed. It's really a bright bubble gum pink and very barbie for me, but for some reason I love it!
6. the girls are out this is another newby. It's a vibrant fuschia with the finest shimmer running through it. This is an ideal polish for when you're in a rush because it dries quickly and you can get away with one coat.
7. angora cardi this was my first Essie polish, I love to wear this in the winter, it's a deep berry colour and it's so glossy on the nail.
8. action this is by far the brightest neon I have in my whole nail varnish collection. I have to admit I don't think I like it on my nails because of my skin tone, this is definitely a toes polish for me haha.
9. orange, it's obvious this is probably my most used polish so far this summer. It's the nicest bright orange polish I have and it's another one of those that you can get away with just one coat.
10. bikini so teeny if you buy Essie nail varnishes, you most likely have this one. Every blogger was wearing this at one point, it was a massive obsession for many people. But again it doesn't work well on my finger nails just because it's quite a cool colour and my pale skin will not tan to let me pull this one off!
