As we've had a pretty rare and very awesome sunny Summer in England I started getting more concious about keeping my skin protected so I decided to stop being lazy by relying on the very low SPF in my foundation, and buy myself a proper SPF product for my face.
I know the most popular choice is the Kiehls Ultra Light Daily UV Defense, but I remembered reading one of Lily Pebbles posts about a dupe, and it comes in the form of Soap & Glory's Sunshield Superfluid SPF 50, a super lightweight liquid the spreads evenly and completely disappears after a little bit of rubbing in.
I've been using it every morning for over a month now and it's honestly not made a difference to the appearance of my make up at all. I thought I'd be constantly checking for under eye and mouth creases but it really hasn't interfered with my daily routine at all, so chuffed! It comes in a tiny white, rectangular bottle with a pouring type nib so no more product comes out than you'd want, I pour a very thin line of the product from the second crease on my finger right to the tip, dab a bit on my forehead, nose, cheek bones and chin and just blend it into the skin like you would a moisturiser. Then once it's all rubbed in it'll leave a satin type finish which you just apply your every day make up routine over the top of.
The only negative thing I have to say about it is the fact that it recommends you reapply every 1-2 hours, which is a bit of an impossibility once your make up is on and you're out the house... Other than that I'm really enjoying using it, and it'll be perfect for my holiday!
I bought mine from boots, it's usually £15, but I managed to pick mine up when there was money off, so I got it for just £10! Much cheaper than Kiehls either way.
